Membership Requirements: - Reside in the State of Arizona - Be a professional member of the National AISES organization Application and applicable fees for AISES (National) may be downloaded from the AISES website at www.aises.org [1] AzPC membership dues are $10 per year and are due in January. Membership renewals are on a calendar year basis, January 1 through December 31. Membership application and dues payable to AzPC of AISES by check or money order may be submitted to the AzPC Treasurer or mailed to the AzPC address (included on the form).
